Shipping

Every Aimara piece is carefully packed in a box and shipped from our studio in Munich.

 

Where we ship

We ship to Germany, all European Union countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

We do not ship outside Europe at this time.

 

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays).

Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
Standard: €19.99 · 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates counted from the day of dispatch.

 

Tracking

All orders are shipped with DHL and include a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

 

Customs and duties

Orders within the European Union are free of customs charges.

For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, import duties and taxes may be charged by local authorities on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused, return shipping costs and any duties incurred will be deducted from the refund.

 

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, write to us as soon as possible at hello@aimaradesign.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

Damaged or lost parcels

We remain responsible for your order until it reaches you. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at hello@aimaradesign.com and we will take care of it.
